Hello Everyone ! If you are here it is probably because you’ve seen all over TikTok about feminine energy. But how to boost your feminine energy ? In my last article I explained why you probably have too much masculine energy and what is divine feminine energy.

As a disclaimer I wanted to remind you that feminine energy is not strictly associated to male or female genders. It is just a synonym of the Yin energy, that you can find in the taoist philosophy. We can observe a lack of feminine energy traits in both men and women because masculine energy traits such as productivity are more valued in capitalism.

This global imbalance of masculine and feminine energies may influence social and workplace dynamics, affecting empathy, cooperation and overall well-being.

1. Do you have unbalance feminine energy (yin) ?

Before exploring ways to tap into your feminine energy, it’s important to remember that you can also suffer from an excess of it. In Taoist philosophy, an imbalance of feminine energy can manifest in both the body and mind.

Feminine energy exists on a spectrum. This means you can experience both signs of excess and deficiency at the same time. While you develop your feminine energy, you’ll likely discover some inherent strengths and areas that require more nurturing.

2. How to boost your feminine energy ?

No need to quit your job ! The most effective way to bring more feminine energy into the world is by valuing feminine traits in the workplace. Since we spend a large part of our lives at work, prioritizing collaboration, empathy and creativity can help balance the dominant masculine energy that most workplaces emphasize.

Bringing more softness, emotional intelligence and teamwork into professional spaces can improve motivation, engagement and overall workplace well-being.

If you have a company, you are a manager or have any influence in the workplace this message is for you ! You can embody the yin the workplace in many ways:

  • Challenge the patriarchal notion that feminine energy has no place in the professional world
  • Bring gentleness and empathy to your management style
  • Cultivate emotional intelligence for effective leadership
  • Practice active listening and empathy with your team
  • Promote creative minds
  • Opt for a collaborative management style
  • Learn to delegate
  • Get rid of micro-management

Again you don’t need to quit your job, but if you are looking to work on feminine/yin energy traits:

  • Consider professions that align with compassion, emotional intelligence, calmness and collaboration such as: teaching, medecine, psychology, management, human resources, training, healthcare, consulting, sales, or coaching.
  • Explore careers that tap into creativity and intuition, such as : writing, architecture, design, blogging, art, photography, craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, engineering, investigation or negotiation.
  • Reduce mental clutter:
    • Engage in self-care practices like: meditation, relaxation techniques and dedicated rest periods.
    • Make time for activities like: reading, journaling or spending time in nature.
  • Awaken your sensuality:

    • Ask yourself do I like this person instead of do this person like me
  • Get into your receptive energy: ( find out what your higher self wants you to know now to deepen this connection)
    • This one is the hardest when your heart chakra is blocked
    • It is about opening your heart to outside opportunities and accept to experience life
    • For example: you can accept that someone else plan something for you
  • Develop your creative side:
    • Engage in activities like: painting, cooking, home decor or other creative pursuits.

    • Recognize that seeking assistance from your partner is not a sign of weakness but a demonstration of self-awareness and self-care.
  • Slow down and savor the present moment:
    • Approach tasks with mindfulness and appreciation for the process, rather than rushing to the finish line.
  • Engage in acts of kindness and service:
    • Volunteer your time, skills or resources to support causes that align with your values.
